Hi, I’m Regina Lawless. Having worked as an Executive at some of the largest Tech companies in the world, I know the toll it takes to excel in a high-stress environment when there are very few others who look like you – while still trying to stay on top of everything at home. I want to help other women of color develop practices that sustain their success and lead to more bliss and fulfillment.
Prior to Instagram and Meta, she served as the global director of diversity, equality, and inclusion at Micron Technology, where she led the creation of their diversity curriculum and spearheaded talent initiatives to mitigate bias in interviews and performance discussions. Regina has more than 18 years of HR experience working for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Target, Safeway (Albertsons), and Intel.
Her first book, “Do You,” will be published by Greenleaf Book Group, in partnership with Fast Company, in February 2024.
